Sign-in Issues

Upon logging in, you may come across some issues or errors, we'll explain them here.

Code "VNx3093" or "IP Blocked":
Your IP address has made too many attempts to login to the accounts system. Please wait for the time limit the authentication server responds with to try again.

Code "VNx3092" or "Attempt Limit Reached":
Your account has had too many incorrect passwords entered, so your account has been locked for 10 minutes. The only way to get around this is to wait 10 minutes, or submit a ticket to Staff, and verify the IP/Country you're attempting to log in from. If the IP/Country you're attempting to log in from doesn't match, your account will be locked for a further 30 minutes. If you fail to verify 3 times to Staff, your account will be locked permanently until you are able to verify your sign in sessions, and we may ask you to provide a photo ID with your valid address on file with us for us to be able to unlock your account.

Unable to login to Game Panel:
Please ensure you have a game service with us, that is current and not suspended. If your game service is suspended, you will be unable to log in to the Game Panel.
(Please not that after successful sign in to the panel, your SFTP password becomes your VersatileNode account password).

Unable to login to cPanel or web related services:
Your IP address most likely got blocked. This could be for a number of reasons, but most likely is because of too many invalid login attempts. Some bans are temporary, while others are permanent. To unblock your IP faster, please make a support ticket either online or on discord and we'd be happy to unblock your IP.
